One double bedroom on the ground floor and an attic room (low ceilings) with two single beds. Also ground floor living room, kitchen and shower room. Near to all transport links, shops, pubs and restaurants in beautiful Broughty Ferry, Dundee premier seaside suburb which still retains its village atmosphere. The cottage is close to the harbour and the sandy beach. Dundee is 4 miles away by a frequent bus service. Broughty Ferry is Dundee’s premier suburb. It nestles in a superb location on the estuary of the river Tay. On one side of the castle there is Broughty Ferry’s sandy beach which has blue flag status – one of only 6 in Scotland. On the other side there is the picturesque harbour and a stony beach along Beach Crescent leading to the pilot pier. Originally a small fishing village, this part of its history can be seen in the quaint fisher cottages on the banks of the river. Its ancient castle guards the mouth of the Tay.
