Koliba Country Home is situated on two acres of landscaped gardens in Wicklow, The Garden of Ireland. Our ensuite ground floor bedrooms provide a hospitality tray, TV, fridge and WI-FI access. We offer a guest lounge to the front of our property which provides a picturesque view as well as the chance to interact with other guests. Our large garden is available to all our guests who wish to enjoy breathtaking views of the Irish coastline and countryside. We also provide secure off street parking. Breakfast is served in our dinning room with panoramic view of Wicklow and Wexford. Koliba provides a full breakfast menu, which caters for vegetarians. Koliba B&B is situated midway between Avoca village and Arklow town. Avoca is the loaction of the BBC television series Ballykissangel and is adjacent to Avoca Handweavers, the Meeting of the Waters, Glendalough, Powerscourt Gardens and Waterfall. Arklow town hosts a large indoor swimming pool, Bridgewater Shopping Centre, Cinemas and a choice of pubs and restaurants. Beaches nearby include Arklow beach, Clogga beach and Brittas Bay with its blue flag. There are plenty of activities such as; golfing, walking, horse riding, cycling and fishing, all of which can be arranged locally. Koliba B&B makes the ideal base for touring County Wicklow and Wexford, with Dublin Airport and Rosslare Port only one hour away. We can create a special itinerary for our guests. We are highly recommended in numerous tour guides. When travelling in Ireland and County Wicklow Carmels is a worthwhile stop, for a long or short stay. Annamoe is a small village 1km away with a shop, tea-rooms, antique shop, leisure park and trout farm. It is home to some very well known entertainment personalities (some of us know it as ..Paddywood...). There are also, a number of good restaurants nearby. Peace, tranquillity and hospitality are awaiting you in this very well established family home set in the heart of the Wicklow mountains on the gateway to Glendalough. Convenient to airport & ferries. Location: From Dublin take the N11 southbound. Take the R755 signposted for Glendalough at Kilmacanogue. Follow the road through Roundwood and Annamoe.
