We are on the level, which makes us ideal for anyone who may find hills difficult, and can offer some off-road parking on our forecourt with unrestricted parking on the road. Resident proprietors, Sally and Steve, extend a very warm welcome and offer a high degree of personal attention in clean, cosy and completely smoke-free surroundings. Having achieved a silver award from the Welsh Food Hygiene you can be assured of the very highest standards. We are able to offer single, double, twin and family rooms, all of which have complimentary hospitality tray, TV, clock radio and hairdryers. Irons and trouser press are available on request. One of our rooms has a private bathroom, whilst all the others are en-suite. We have a large and inviting Guest Lounge where guests are free to watch TV, a video or DVD, play board games, cards etc or simply chat. Freeview is also available. We pride ourselves on our home cooking provided by resident proprietor/chef, Steve, and offer evening meals with three choices of starter, main course, sweet, tea or coffee and mints at a cost of £10.95 (child £7.30) for three courses or £8.95 (child £6.00) for two. Special dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notification. We are open all year except for Christmas. Llandudno is an ideal place to use as a base to visit many local attractions. The beautiful walled town of Conwy is nearby. Take a tour of the castle with its superb views over Snowdonia, a boat trip on the river or walk around its shops, tearooms and galleries. Then we have Snowdonia where you can climb, canoe, sail, or play golf. Take the 5-mile train journey to the summit of Mt. Snowdon, visit the Electric Mountain deep inside the mountain or take a ride on the Llanberis Lake Railway. Wonderful gardens can be seen at Bodnant Gardens and here in Llandudno itself we can offer the Great Orme where you can take the tram or walk to the top, visit copper mines, or, if you are more adventurous, try the dry ski slope or toboggan run.
