Step inside our beautiful Georgian property ( built in 1798 ), and you move straight into the 21st century. Our boutique inspired bed and breakfast is furnished in contemporary style from top to bottom, whilst retaining many of the original Georgian features.
All of our bedrooms are larger than the average bed and breakfast and have their own en-suite bathrooms.
In particular, the Luxury rooms are extremely spacious.Furnished and decorated to a high contemporaryspecification , with either Kingsize or Super Kingsizedouble beds. Their en-suites are also large, with both a full size bath as well ashigh power shower, towel radiator, washbasin and wc.
Standard rooms are furnished and decorated to the same high standard, and are still larger than average. En-suites have high power shower, towel radiator, washbasin and wc.
Breakfast is served in the Dining Room and consists of :
Coffee, Hot Chocolate or a selection of Teas.
Fruit juice.
Grapefruit segments, Prunes, a selection of fresh fruit, Yogurts.
Cereals - Cornflakes, Weetabix, Muesli, and a variety of other popular breakfast cereals.
A "Full English" including locally produced bacon and sausage, fresh farm eggs ( fried, scrambled, poached or boiled ), beans, tomatoes and mushrooms.
Toast - white, or brown seeded bread with butter or low fat spread, marmalade ( often home made ) and jams.
Vegetarian breakfasts, and those little specials like Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon or locally produced Black Pudding by prior arrangement.
We are situated in South Street, away from the busy main road, but just 500 metres from the village centre with it’s shops, pubs, bistros and restaurants. Park the car in our own private car park on the front of the building and everything is less than 5 minutes walk away.
For your safety, the entire property is protected by a Level 2 Fire Alarm System.
If you are playing golf in the area, we offer storage for golf bags and trolleys, and if your trolley is electric, bring your charger and we’ll charge it for you.

We also store surf boards, and offer drying facilities for wetsuits.
For cyclists on the nearby Tarka Trail ( 200 metres from our front door ), we can store your bicycles, or arrange cycle hire for you.
We are 200 metres from the South West Coastal Path in Braunton, and will happily arrange onwards transport of walkers‘ luggage.
