Fairways Guest House is close to the city centre and is easy to find. We are a family run business and have been established for 19 years.

Fairways is situated in a beautiful part of Cambridge within a short walk to the botanical gardens & cinema & bowling & local restaurants & surrounding colleges. Addenbrookes Hospital only 1.5 miles away.
There is a large secure car park which is flood lit at night. We also have CCTV camera's.

Visitors coming to Cambridge who prefer not to drive can make use of the local buses and taxis and rail services. We would be very happy to provide more infomation if needed.

The majority of our rooms are En-Suite (private facilities).

All rooms are tastefully decorated most with pine furniture. Our house keeping is always of the very best standard.

Our rooms have Colour Televisions, Tea and Coffee making facilities and we provide soap and towels plus a daily maid service.
