Expect a friendly welcome at Little Bullocks Farm, a pleasant, family-run non-smoking guest house at Takeley. This new self-contained bed & breakfast accommodation, set in quiet rural surroundings is only 2.5 miles from Stansted Airport and 4 miles from the M11. Lovely country walks on the doorstep, good pubs nearby and various golf courses within 5 miles.

All rooms are situated on ground floor level overlooking a large garden. Visitors have use of the fully equipped breakfast room at all times, ideal for early leavers. Rooms have en-suite showers and are cheerfully decorated, having colour TV, hot drinks, biscuits, toiletries and hairdryer. Washing, drying and ironing facilities available. Free transport to and from the pub if without a car. We can also arrange car hire for you. Late check in not a problem.

Room 1 : Large family room can sleep up to six with sofa bed.

Room 2 : Smaller family room can sleep up to four with chair bed.

Room 3 : Twin room can convert into six foot wide bed.

Room 4 : Double room can sleep three with camp bed.

Facilities include : Childrens videos and toys, football pitch and farm animals.

Rates : From £45 per person per night. From £50 per room per night based on 2 people sharing. Family room from £50 per night.
