Elloe Lodge is a centrally heated, spacious Edwardian house in an old market town offering bed & breakfast accommodation, combining a high standard of service and cleanliness with a tranquil, welcoming atmosphere at this family run home. We have 4 Red Diamonds from the AA.

Your accommodation is within easy walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants and is surrounded by delightful gardens which guests are welcome to enjoy. There is also a charming guest lounge with colour television for you to relax in.

A traditional English breakfast is served at individual tables, with special diets catered for and locally produced food used where possible. Packed lunches can be ordered by prior arrangement (extra charge).

Safe, off-road parking is available and we are situated directly on a National Cycle Route. We have secure storage for bicycles and good drying facilities. Elloe Lodge is well situated for touring and exploring Lincolnshire, the Fens, Sandringham and the North Norfolk coast.

Elloe Lodge has four guest bedrooms - 1 double; 1 twin and two family rooms.

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, radio alarm clock, hair dryer, soap, shower gel and towels.

The double room has one double bed and ensuite bathroom comprising of wc, basin and a shower cubicle.

Also included for your comfort is a refrigerator.

The twin room has two single beds and en-suite bathroom comprising of wc, basin and bath with shower.

Both the double and twin rooms are available for single occupancy.

There are two family rooms available. The first is ensuite with wc, bidet, basin, bath and shower. There is a double bed, a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Maximum occupancy is a mixture of five adults and children.

The second family room has two single beds plus a full size bunk bed, giving comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to four adults. Guests have the exclusive use of an adjacent, large family bathroom comprising wc, basin, bidet, bath and shower.

Both rooms also contain a refrigerator.

Guests may also enjoy the use of the satellite television lounge where they can relax in cheerful and comfortable surroundings.

The spacious dining room allows plenty of space to relax and enjoy our full English breakfasts, served at individual tables, for which local produce is used wherever possible. Cots and high chairs can be provided.

Guests also have access to fax and e-mail facilities.

Rates : Single occupancy £35. Double/Twin £55 per room per night based on 2 sharing. Family room £75 per night.
