A warm welcome awaits you at our family run guest house, which is situated 1 mile from the town centre you can have a pleasurable walk, or you can take a bus which is located just outside our guest house, this transport runs on the hour. Our guest house is set with relaxing and calming surrounding garden and woodlands attraction, with of road parking. We have a variety of rooms from basic, to en suite all with tea and coffee facilities and a T.V. We also have an annex block which caters for the disabled, where we have two double en suites, and a family room, all with wet rooms. You have the option of booking room only or bed and breakfast. We are listed with the English tourism council, with 3 stars.

The main attraction in Boston is our famous church which is called ST Botolph’s Parish Church, which is well known as the Boston Stump. There is also a market which is held in the town centre every Wednesday and Saturday’s. We have a park nearby for children, and also a child friendly restaurant just up the road from us, at’s the town centre has plenty of eating options ranging from Indian, pizza, take outs, Chinese and traditional restaurants.

You can branch off to the city’s of Peterborough and Lincoln, this will take an hour in the car or you can visit our jolly fisherman at Skegness where you can enjoy fish and chips while catching a breeze from the coast, on the beach.
