Orchard House is a small friendly Guest House in central Lincoln. Perfectly situated for exploring the historic medieval City of Lincoln on foot, just leave your car in the guest house car park and browse the streets free of traffic worries.

Each room (most of which are en suite) has a view of either Lincoln and the Trent Valley or our orchard. All rooms are individually decorated and have:

Digital TV with access to all Freeview channels;
Tea/coffee making facilities;

Thermostatically controlled central heating.

All Room rates include a Full English Breakfast cooked for you each morning.

Although our breakfast will keep you going for some time, you may want to eat out in the evening. Lincoln has some excellent bars and restaurants, catering to all ages and tastes. Ask your hosts about the current best restaurants, as recommended by previous guests.

Rates : £30 per person per night. From £60 to £65 per room per night based on 2 people sharing. Family room £75 per night.
