Bordering the neighbouring counties of Leicestershire, Rutland and Nottinghamshire. It is within easy walking distance of the birthplace and family home of Sir Isaac Newton and both Stamford and Rutland Water are only a short drive away.

The accommodation offers a twin room leading through into a double room with shower en-suite and a separate wash hand basin situated in the double bedroom. Ideal for family or friends. The accommodation can be booked as a single, twin or double.

We provide a hospitality tray offering hot or cold refreshments a bowl of fruit & snack bars. Also there is a freeview digital T.V. radio alarm, hair dryers, shoe cleaning kit and a needle & thread repair kit. An ironing board and iron are available. Also guests have their own washing & drying machines for which we make a small charge.

The spacious Garden Room is where our guests dine. We have provided a good selection of books & magazines, games & puzzles T.V and DVD player, CD radio cassette player and a 3/4 size table tennis table.

We provide secure and covered storage for your cycles and cycle cleaning facilities. Walkers can also use the facilities provided in this service room for the changing and storing of walking shoes & clothes during their stay.

We have a 5 star Food Hygiene Award. A member of staff holds the basic first aid for appointed person level 2 certificate in food hygiene.
