Halfway Farm Motel, Swinderby, Lincolnshire

Between Lincoln and Newark on the A46 at Swinderby, Halfway Farm Motel is a Georgian farmstead which was once a coach halt and provides a variety of quality accommodation at competitive prices.
The motel is ideally suited for visiting Lincoln and Newark and many of the existing and former RAF bases in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
The farmhouse is also well placed to offer a convenient base for the many antique fairs that occur in the area and being only a few miles from the A1 provides a welcome break on a long journey.
Halfway Farm has a total of seventeen bedrooms of which fifteen have en suite facilities. Guests will find all rooms are well appointed and comfortable, with wash basins, colour TV, coffee making facilities and telephones.
The converted stable complex, with its en suite bedrooms, is connected to the main building by a covered walkway so that all guests have ready access to the lounge and dining room. The lounge, with period beamed ceiling and coal fire, is available to guests all day. There are full Restaurant facilities at an establishment within walking distance
The large parking area is sufficient for up to 25 cars and 10 of the bedrooms in the Stables complex permit parking directly in front of the rooms providing excellent access.
A full and hearty breakfast is prepared in the morning and served in our Breakfast Room.
Halfway Farm Motel has recently come under new management. Lata and Harry Chauhan extend a warm welcome and are committed to continuing and enhancing the reputation of Halfway Farm.
The surrounding area is full of interesting and historic sights with a wide variety of restaurants selling excellent food close by.
