We offer a warm welcome to our small and friendly 4 Star B&B called Cairdean Bed & Breakfast. We are situated in the suburb of Hellesdon just off the A140 Cromer Road north of Norwich. Linda & Richard offer a very warm welcome to all guests and guarantee a home from home atmosphere. We are ideally situated for Norwich Airport(2mins) The Broads (20mins) The Coast(30mins) and not forgetting Norwich which is a lovely old City to explore. A Park/Ride facility is only 2-3mins from us with buses running every 10 mins into the centre of Norwich.

Many business parks are very close and the UEA(University), Sports Park and the Norfolk & Norwich Hospital are about 15mins away.

All our rooms are double or twin and have en-suite shower rooms or a private bathroom. They all have remote controlled colour TV, tea/coffee facilities, clock radio alarms, interlinked smoke detectors, hairdryer and co-ordinated furnishings. We also offer wireless broadband, internet access for laptops.

There is plenty of off-road parking and a large south facing garden for guests to relax in when the weather is appropriate.

We offer a freshly cooked breakfast from an extensive menu served from 7-8.45 Mon-Fri, 7 30-8.45 Sat/Sun.

There are a variety of eating establishments nearby all within walking distance.
