For motorists there is ample car parking and we also welcome cyclists, who have access to a workshop and a range of specialist tools if required.

Ashdene House, built as a hotel in 1880, is ideal for country walks and seaside activities. It is situated in Dersingham village centre on the borders of the Royal Sandringham estate and a short drive from the beautiful North Norfolk coastline, historic Kings Lynn, the resort of Hunstanton and the RSPB nature reserves of Titchwell and Snettisham.

And if you prefer a more relaxed time you can spend it in our delightful garden.

Norfolk benefits from an abundance of historical and scenic attractions.
Most of these are comfortably within an hour's drive of Ashdene House,
some are only minutes more.

A microwave oven is provided in the dining room for guests who would
prefer not to go out for dinner. They can now cook their own ready meals etc.

We will provide the necessary cutlery & crockery (and even do the washing-up).
