PULFORD ROOM - Double : A tranquil room with four-poster bed and en-suite shower room. This room looks out on the front of the property with views across the fields to North Walsham.

ORTON ROOM - Double or Twin : This is a comfortably furnished suite of rooms which look out onto the farm. There is a large double bedroom and seating area plus a luxury en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath and a separate shower. For guests who prefer a twin room, there is a single bedroom in the suite which can be used in addition to the double bed to provide twin accommodation.

STAFFORD ROOM - Double : A sunny yellow room with double bed, settee and an en-suite shower room. This room looks out over the farm towards the coast.

Rates : From £55 to £65 per room per night based on 2 people sharing.
£65 for 1 night, £60 per night for 2 nights, £55 per night for 3 nights. £50 single occupancy.
