Hillbrow Farm offers comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation situated in a quiet and peaceful location in the charming village of Witnesham, in the rural county of Suffolk whilst only being 5 miles from Ipswich town centre.
We offer bed & breakfast in 2 beautiful guest rooms; both of which are large and light and airy and well equipped for a comfortable stay.
The studio is located on the first floor and boasts a king size bed with en suite shower room as well as a separate sitting area with drink making facilities and television and we can Text taken from thebandbdirectory.co.uk also provide a single bed for an additional person if required. The Studio also has a balcony which provides the perfect place to enjoy an evening drink or watch the sunrise in morning in this tranquil location.
The ground floor room has its own private access; just a few yards walk from the breakfast room and comprises a comfortable king size bed with en suite shower room. There are drinks making facilities and a digital television to make your stay more enjoyable and the ground floor level access would accommodate a person with some mobility difficulties however there are 3 steps into the shower room.
We also have a wonderful self catering 2 bedroom red brick cottage available for those who want a little bit more peace and tranquillity. There is a lot to see and do in the area - Witnesham has its own pub the 'Barley Mow' which serves bar meals and is only a short walk from our B&B, The Fynn Valey Golf Club has a restaurant and is situated to the South of Witnesham Village.
We are a very short drive from Sutton Hoo, close to the beaches of Felixstowe and the shopping of the county town of Ipswich. We are also an easy drive to the coast and leisurely walks are just outside the door.
