We are a small family run bed and breakfast on the outskirt of Ipswich,with parking. Ideally located for guests who would enjoy a quiet and peacefull stay. Ideal base for visiting the Suffolk countryside and coastline.

All rooms are ensuite and are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, Colour T.V with DVD player.

All rooms have en-suite shower rooms along with Tea and Coffee making facilities, T.V with DVD player, Trouser Press and Hair Dryer. All rooms have thermostatically controlled central heating giving you control over the temperture of your room. Iron and ironing board available.

Enjoy a Great freshly cooked Breakfast to kick the day off to a good start. Have a full English Breakfast Egg (fried, scrambled or poached) Mushrooms, Tomato, Beans, Bacon and Sausage. Or just something light, so that it doesnt weigh you down.

Our Bungalow is set in a quiet residential area of Kesgrave. Conveniently located for Martlesham B.T, Suffolk Police Headquarters, Ipswich Hospital and Foxhall Stadium all of which are less than a 10 minute drive.

Ipswich Town Centre and Woodbridge are a 10 minute drive.

Park and Ride and the Route 66 Bus service are close by.

Rates : £40 per person per night single. £60 per room per night based on 2 people sharing.
