We are on the southern side of the waveney valley, five miles from the lovely sandy beach at Lowestoft and eight miles from the picturesque town of Southwold. Five minutes away from the quaint market town of Beccles with its many shops, pubs and restaurants

Ash Farm is a 16th century farmhouse on an all arable family farm.

We offer a family room with a double and single bed. En-suite shower room, tea and coffee making facilites, fridge and T.V. the room has its own staircase. Guests are welcome to enjoy our gardens. Safe off road parking.

A full cooked farmhouse breakfast is served using local produce wherever possible with fresh eggs from our own chickens.
