Approximately two minutes from the seafront by strolling through lovely Kensington Gardens, with its tennis courts and bowling greens you come to our beautiful award-winning South Beach with the panorama of Pakefield Cliffs nearby.

Local shops, cinema and entertainments are about fifteen minutes walk away and the town centre with ample parking facilities is a short drive or a leisurely walk along the promenade.

Lowestoft is an ideal base for touring the lovely Suffolk Heritage Coast or the Norfolk Broads. Oulton Broad is just two miles away..

Our spacious and comfortable rooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard, most with en-suite shower and toilet, all have colour television, clock radio-alarm, shaver points, tea/coffee making facilities and central heating. A delicious breakfast is served in our sunny dining room. Our comfortable television lounge is on the ground floor.
