Welcome to the Five Bells, situated in the ideal located for your east coast stay. We are close to the splendid resort of Southwold, and just off the main A12 trunk road. We are also ideally placed for the heritage coast and the highly renowned Minsmere nature reserve. Set in several acres of countryside our establishment has ample parking and offers a most relaxing atmosphere. Excellent restaurant facilities, and accommodation.
Our high quality accommodation has four en-suite double / twin rooms, with a choice of bath or shower. with one en-suite family room sleeping 2 adults and 2 children.
Three of our rooms are at ground floor level, all of Text taken from thebandbdirectory.co.uk these being wheel chair friendly. We regret that dogs are not allowed in any of our rooms, and we ask that you inform us if you will arrive after 7.30pm giving the estimated time.
The Five Bells has a reputation for quality in its well appointed restaurant. Offering a wide range of home cooked food at reasonable prices, whilst also catering for a vegetarian selection. The dining area is non smoking, offering a warm and friendly welcome to all those who join us for their meals.It is advisable to book in advance however, as we are regularly fully booked.
Our traditional bar area is known for its relaxing atmosphere, and for much of the year customers enjoy our large wood burning fire, offering the perfect setting to enjoy a drink prior to a visit to our comfortable restaurant area.
The Five Bells also stocks the famous range of Adnams of Southwold beers, our local brewery with the internationally famous reputation. You may also wish to enjoy your beverage during much of the year in our spacious lawned area.
Rates : From £80 per room per night based on two people sharing. From £100 for a family room.
