We are looking forward to welcoming you into our home - a 16th century, heavily timbered, moated farmhouse.

Our aim is to enable you, our guest, to have a relaxing break, away from the stress and strain of normal everyday life.

Holidays and week-end breaks can easily be tailored to suit individual requirements.

We have two double rooms and one twin room (all ensuite). All rooms have a hospitality tray, hairdryer, fresh fruit, fresh flowers, TV guide, magazines, room heaters and a cool air fan.

Breakfast is served in the beamed dining room, using local produce wherever possible, with homemade preserves and eggs from our own free-range chickens.

The Mullion Room : This cosy bedroom overlooks the moated gardens - the room is newly refurbished with solid antique pine furniture. As well as the comfy bed which has crisp white bedding, there are two chairs for relaxing in. There is a fridge on the landing for guests use. The ensuite shower room is fitted to the highest standards and has Egyptian cotton towels.

The Hay Loft : This room situated in the oldest part of the house. It is a large room and has twin beds with two comfortable chairs to relax in whilst reading or watching television. There is a fridge on the landing for guests use. For those who prefer we can adapt the twin beds into a super-king sized bed. There is an attached ensuite bathroom with shower complete with luxurious Egyptian cotton towels.

The Gable End Room : This is a large airy room overlooking the moated front garden. There is a refrigerator in the bedroom for guests use. This room can easily be adapted as a family room, we have 2 'z-beds' and a cot for children. The double bed is fitted with crisp white bedding, and the spacious ensuite shower room has fluffy Egyptian cotton towels.

Rates : From £30 per person per night. From £60 per room per night based on 2 people sharing.
