There are several delightful bedrooms, each one of which has its own unique chartacter. 2 of the rooms are deluxe.

All rooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard to ensure that your stay is a comfortable and relaxed, with excellent en-suite facilities and colour television.

Most of the bedrooms have stunning views across the valley.

Dining Room : The Jubilee Room is superb for special occasions and business events. The Sir William always makes a first-rate venue for wedding receptions and party functions. It is also fully equipped for business conferences and private meetings. Whatever your requirements for equipment, catering and entertainment, we can help make your event a great success. Loop system is installed in one of the function rooms / restaurant.

The Bar : Whether it is a traditional hand-pulled real ale kept in first-class condition or a glass of wine from our carefully chosen house list the Sir William offers an excellent range to suit every taste. It is here that you will find the chalkboard with the Chef’s recommendations for today’s lunch or Evening meal alongside the traditional bar menu. Whether your taste is for traditional Peak District fayre or for the more exotic dish to tantalise your taste buds there will be a choice to suit.

We pride ourselves on our excellent cuisine, with dishes prepared using only the freshest vegetables and finest meats.

We have a carefully chosen wine list and our bars have traditional hand-pulled real ales, all kept in first-class condition. All can be tailored to customers own requirements.

Garden : With stunning views over the Derwent Valley the Garden Terrace is the perfect place on a summer evening to relax with a drink from the bar or eat your evening meal after a day out exploring the Peak District.
