We welcome guests, and children over 10 years, to our bed and breakfast set in a lovely garden in the beautiful, quiet village of Broadwell with its village green and ford, just 1.5 miles from Stow-on-the-Wold and 4 miles from Moreton-in-Marsh. The secluded front garden is available for guests' use.
The Fox Inn is within walking distance (but do bring a torch for the return journey!) and many hotels and restaurants are within 3 miles for evening meals.
We are centrally situated for visiting all the Cotswold villages: Bourton-on-the-Water with Birdland, Model Village, Motor Museum and the Perfumery, Stow-on-the-Wold with its Square and numerous Antique shops, Guiting Power and the Cotswold Farm Park, Burford and the Cotswold Life Park, Chedworth and the Roman Villa, Winchcombe, the Slaughters, Broadway, Chipping Campden and Hidcote Manor Gardens, Snowshill, Bibury and Moreton-in-Marsh with Batsford Arboretum and Falconry Centre - while Blenheim Palace and Oxford, Warwick Castle, Stratford-upon-Avon, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester are all within 30 miles.
3 car parking spaces. There is very little public transport - a car is essential.
Accommodation comprises : On the first floor a twin-bedded room and a double / twin room, both en-suite (with shower), and a ground floor double room with private bathroom (with bath & shower). All rooms are comfortably furnished and centrally heated.
All have tea / coffee making facilities and biscuits, colour TV, radio / clock alarms, hairdryer, armchairs and, to add to your comfort, electric blankets for those colder nights and fans for the hotter summer days. Bed-time drinks and biscuits are provided (free).
Full English breakfast of fruit juice / grapefruit / choice of cereals / yogurt / cheese/ bacon / egg / sausage / tomato / fried bread / smoked haddock / scrambled egg with smoked salmon / toast / choice of marmalade, jams, honey, marmite.
Tea or coffee - decaffeinated available.
Special diets can be provided if requested at the time of booking.
Ironing facilities are available. To help those travelling I will wash / iron for you (at a small charge).
A PC is available free for guests' use and dial-up internet access is available for a small charge.
Stair lift to first floor (after 3 steps) but house/rooms not suitable for wheelchairs.
I will fill your thermos flask with tea or coffee and/or prepare picnic lunches when required (at a small charge) but would appreciate a little notice of this!
There lovely walks in the Cotswold country side, and golf courses nearby.

3 - 6 nights £60.00 - £62.00 per room per night
1 week (7 nights) £410.00 - £420.00 per room per week
Single Occupancy : Where one person occupies a double room there is a surcharge of 60% (Bank Holidays, July, August and Cheltenham Festival - surcharge 75%) on the single rate.
Bank Holidays : No single night bookings are accepted for Bank Holidays. 3 nights - £183.00 - £189.00 per room.
Special Offer : October 2008, March 2009: 3 nights £165.00 - £171.00 for 2 people sharing a room (excluding Cheltenham Festival).
Cheltenham Festival 2007 : £76 per room per night.
Advance Bookings : A non-refundable deposit of £50 per room is required with written confirmation. For overseas bookings a Visa card is required to guarantee the booking. However, payment on arrival should be by Sterling Travellers' Cheques or Cash.

When overnight bookings are made by telephone for which no deposit has been received, rooms must be claimed by 5pm.
