Old Nibley Farmhouse, Blakeney, Gloucester, Gloucestershire

Parts of Old Nibley Farmhouse date back some 300 years. It was once a working farm with over 100 acres - today there is ¾ of an acre of garden to relax in. It became a Grade II listed building in 1994, limiting the amount of work that could be carried out, so we have worked with the existing space and allotted rooms to fit in with the heritage of the house. We now have a traditional farmhouse to which we are proud to welcome you.

We are committed to providing a good, high quality service, whilst minimising the environmental impact of our activities. To this end we offer our guests the opportunity to support our environmental goals.

During the colder months (and rainy days) we serve morning coffee/ afternoon tea in the spacious sitting room with its exposed beams and large open fireplace – cosy and intimate. In the warmer spring and summer seasons we invite you to use the courtyard and back garden to take tea and cakes at your leisure. Our dining room, where you can eat a hearty breakfast in the morning and a home-cooked meal in the evening, is decorated very simply.

There is a television in the comfortable living room for you to watch, but if you prefer you can have a tv in your room, just make the request when you book.

Every bedroom contains dressing gown & hairdryer; hospitality tray with Twinings teas & coffees, drinking chocolate, bottled spring water & homemade biscuits.
