Mellington House is an attractively maintained 16th century house set in the centre of the rural black and white timbered village of Weobley. It is the perfect place for a relaxing and peaceful break or as a base for enjoying the surrounding area.

Herefordshire is one of England’s most rural counties famous for its cattle and cider orchards. The Black Mountains, the world famous bookshop town of Hay on Wye and scenic Wye Valley are all nearby. To the north lie the Long Mynd and the Shropshire Hills around Ludlow and Church Stretton. The Malverns, Offas Dyke, and the Brecon Beacons too are all within easy reach. Immediately to hand are many peaceful walks and there are local gardens to visit. The area also offers excellent opportunities for favorite outdoor activities such as Walking, Cycling, Golf, Riding and Canoeing. Golfers can enjoy a variety of spectacular courses and walkers and cyclists will enjoy discovering the delights of the county.
