Both barns are on the ground floor, with doors into the garden of this 16th century thatched cottage in a small conservation village, half a mile off the A43 between Kettering and Corby.

Each barn has a double bed and en-suite shower room

Your room is set in a beautiful cottage garden, alive with the scents and sounds of the English countryside.

You are welcome to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee on one of the patio areas or in the summerhouse at the bottom of the garden. Or you bring the wine and we'll provide the corkscrew!

The Lavender Barn has its own small kitchen diner, complete with cooker, microwave, fridge and a dining table. Ideal for preparing a meal when you don't fancy visiting one of the many pubs and restaurants in the area. In the kitchen dining area there is a radio and TV. The bedroom has a television/video player.

Paddy's Barn has a microwave for when you want to heat up a snack. There's a small fridge, coffee and tea-making facilities and crockery and cutlery. Television, video and DVD player, as well as CD and radio.

Enjoy your breakfast in our cosy cottage kitchen with its ancient oak beams and inglenook fireplace. All our bacon, sausages and black puddings are from small local butchers. Only free range eggs are served and we use organic products wherever possible. Start your day with a traditional English, Scottish or Continental Breakfast.

Rates : From £35 per person per night. From £50 to £55 per room per night based on 2 people sharing.
