Kingfisher Barn Bed & Breakfast is situated around a courtyard garden, all our rooms are on the ground floor with some wheelchair accessible. Prepared to our consistent high standards, our rooms are very comfortable, homely, fresh and clean. All rooms have either a shower or bath en-suite with toiletries and fresh towels provided. You also have your own front door key so you can come and go as you please in our relaxed atmosphere. Included in our price is a continental style breakfast which includes cereals, fruit, yoghurt, juice, milk, fresh coffee and either toast, croissants, crumpets, bagels or muffins. The best part is you do not have to leave your room - we deliver the breakfast to you in a basket at what ever time you request! Children and pets are welcome and we have a large safe, private car park. We have an indoor, heated swimming pool that guests can use for £10 per hour. The pool is booked individually so you can enjoy the pool all to yourselves.

We are situated in the Oxfordshire countryside and surrounded by fields. We offer lovely views across the fields, over the hills and of Abingdon’s Church steeple tops! The Thames path is moments away with plenty of walks around Oxfordshire. The ancient town of Abingdon is a 10 - 15 minute stroll from Kingfisher Barn and offers plenty of historical interest as well as lots of shops and pubs. We have a farmers market every Monday offering local and fresh produce. There are many attractions close by including leisure centres, snakes and ladders (indoor playground) Millets Farm, Cotswold Wildlife park, gyms, cinemas, boat hire into Oxford and museums. Oxford is 10 miles away and is easily accessible by bus (every 10 minutes) car, boat or legs if you have the stamina! Oxford has even more shops, pubs and clubs and sightseeing around the Universities. Blenheim Palace, The Cotswolds and Shakespears Stratford-upon-Avon are all within easy driving distance. We are conveniently situated near the major roads of the M4, M40 and A34. Come and see for yourself what Abingdon and Oxfordshire has to offer, but most of all stay with us and be our guest!
