Church Hill Farm Bed & Breakfast, Lighthorne, Warwickshire

An idyllic country bed and breakfast close to Warwick, Stratford upon Avon and Royal Leamington Spa, Church Hill Farm is a 300 acre working farm with a farmhouse that offers a friendly, informal atmosphere in unique surroundings within the heart of the delightful village of Lighthorne in Warwickshire. Situated just north of the Cotswolds, the farm is an ideal base for exploring the region.
Church Hill Farm prides itself on giving guests personal attention and/or privacy as required. There are 5 rooms 3 inside the farmhouse - 2 doubles and a 1 twin. All are spacious with beamed ceilings, attractive co-ordinating furnishings and one has splendid views over the valley. The rooms are well-equipped with modern ensuite bathrooms (recently refurbished), central heating, colour TVs and tea/coffee making trays.
Your stay includes a home-cooked breakfast served in the dining room. Susan is a qualified chef and uses locally produced ingredients wherever she can - the farm's free range chickens providing fresh eggs of course! Dinner can be served by arrangement.
Two new additions this year are the Hurlingham and Kitzbuhel suites. These can be rented as luxury bed and breakfast rooms or self contained, self catering apartments. Breakfast can be continental in the fridge and eaten in the suite or guests can come into the farmhouse for full breakfast. These offer great flexibility and great value.
