The Calf of Man is particularly interesting as it is an observation point for a wide variety of breeding and migrating birds, a home to the Chough, a flock of rare Manx four-horned Loughtan sheep and a large seal colony. Cregneish open air folk village just a slight detour from the coastal footpath gives you an ideal excuse for a cup of tea and maybe a piece of cake while you go back in time to the 19th century when fishing and crofting were the mainstays for communities like this. Fendale is situated in a quiet cul-de sac adjacent to the King Edward Bay Golf Course and approximately 0.5miles from Onchan Village centre. Bus routes are nearby, as is the Electric railway to Laxey & Ramsey. Also close by are Groudle Glen & Beach, excellent for walking and exploring. Onchan Pleasure Park and Go Cart Stadium are about 1 mile away. We have 3 Guest rooms available:- Opposite is our Double En- Suite Guest Room. This has a Tempur mattress for a really good night's sleep. There is a small sitting area, tea & coffee facilities, TV with Sky box and DVD player, Trouser press. Our Second room is a Double room with a separate Private bath & Shower room. This has TV with Freeview and a DVD player. There are Tea & Coffee facilities.
