Craigrowan is a modern, idylically situated bed and breakfast, achieving Four Star Gold status in 2011, and is Mull's only listing in 'Scotland's Best Bed and Breakfasts'. The accommodation consists of three letting rooms with en-suite facilities, comprising of one twin and one double room downstairs, both with power showers and one double room upstairs with a traditional bathroom. The guest dining room and TV lounge is welcoming and spacious and looks over the garden directly on to Loch Scridain and the mountains beyond. A beautiful staircase leads you to the upstairs lounge where plenty of books, magazines and games are available to make your stay even more enjoyable. Sit, relax and take in the spectacular, ever changing views of Ben More, the highest mountain on the island, or perhaps step out onto the balcony and absorb the peace and tranquillity of Mull. If you want to keep in touch with the outside world, we offer a free wi-fi Internet connection. If the weather is bad, the lounges are available throughout the day to spend watching waterfalls, reading, relaxing or just snoozing! As Copeland House is situated in the upper part of Tobermory, the location is very quiet and peaceful. It also affords the house fantastic panoramic views of the Sound of Mull, Calve Island and Tobermory Bay. Being a small establishment the number of guests are restricted so it keeps it friendly and informal ensuring a relaxing visit. Room 1 - offers very spacious accommodation with a large ensuite shower room with newly fitted quadrant shower. It has one double and one single bed in it, so can be used as a double or a twin room as preferred. There is a television with freeview sky and welcome tray with homemade shortbread. Room 2 - is a good sized twin bedded room with an ensuite shower room which has a double shower unit. There is a television with freeview sky and welcome tray with homemade shortbread. Room 3 – is a spacious double room with a good sized ensuite shower room which has a double shower unit. It has a spectacular view over the Sound of Mull and Calve Island. As with the other rooms there is a television (no freeview sky in this room though) and welcome tray with homemade shortbread. The Breakfast Room – As the name suggests this is where you have your breakfast and it is also a sitting room for those not so sunny days that a book by the fire in a comfy armchair is much more appealing. This room and the top hall, have beautiful views over the Bay, Calve Island and the Sound of Mull. In the top hall there is a fridge for the guests to use for their picnic goodies for the next day or that wee bottle of wine that needs chilling for a lazy evening in. There is also fresh milk in this fridge for your teas & coffees for those who aren’t taken by uht cartons. At the front of the house we have a garden with space to sit and relax.
