Waterloo Farm Leisure is a rural retreat nestled in gently rolling farmland in the heart of England on the border between Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. Offering a range of activities it is perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors and want a relaxing break. With easy access via a mainline train from London - it is a perfect option for those who want to enjoy the countryside, but don't have a car - simply call and we'll collect you from the train station. We have 2 immaculate bed and breakfast rooms available in our converted Dutch barn; each spacious room can accommodate 3 to 4 people comfortably either as a double and a single or as 3 singles (or a double and 2 singles). Both rooms are en suite, and have been tastefully decorated to create a light airy space with a warm, welcoming ambience. In both rooms you can enjoy the fine views of the surrounding countryside from your second storey vantage point. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge, TV and DVD player. Wifi available in both the Tearoom and bedrooms. Your delicious, full English breakfast is served downstairs at your convenience by your hosts in the Waterloo Tearooms. Please note: The Bar & Restaurant are closed from Sunday Lunch to Tuesday Evenings during the winter months (Oct - Mar) and from Sunday Evenings to after Monday Lunch during the rest of the year.
