It's also a great place to base an exploration of the wonderful Norfolk coastline and countryside. Whether you are visiting friends and relations, looking for an activity holiday such as walking or cycling, wanting to explore Norfolk from the Brecks to the Coast, or are on a business trip and need easy access to any part of the county, Orchard Cottage will provide you with the ideal base. Orchard Cottage has a choice of double and twin rooms, each with en suite shower, toilet and washbasin. A separate bathroom is available for those who prefer a bath. All areas have underfloor heating, with solid oak floors in the bedrooms and lounge, and ceramic tiles in other areas. Rooms are bright and well lit, each with their own tea and coffee making facilities, radio alarm clock, and digital television (with Freeview). All bedrooms have their own thermostat. A hair dryer and iron are available upon request. We welcome children, and can provide a cot and highchair, but regret that we are unable to accommodate pets. Access to rooms is available between 5pm and 9.30am. We have a separate lounge for you to relax in, but a no smoking policy operates throughout the building.
