Mike and Paula Chadderton welcome you to Eastfield Lodge, a privately run hotel just two minutes from the market place in Leyburn in the Yorkshire Dales. The Hotel is one of the few close to the market place with private parking.

Enjoy Our Residents Lounge : A comfortable sitting room for the use of guests with Sky TV and books and games available to keep you entertained. If you want to sit in comfort with a glass of wine while the children sleep upstairs we have a baby listening device which can be borrowed at any time.

Dining Room : Dine in our beautifully furnished dining room. We source the finest local ingredients to offer you a true taste of Yorkshire.

All rooms : All are en-suite, with colour TV's, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, alarm clock, wine glasses and a corkscrew.

The Wensleydale Suite : A ground floor double room with an ensuite bathroom, the room has a high ceiling, beautiful coving and large sash windows which let the sunshine in. Ideal for the less mobile guest.

Richard III : A cosy double room with antique furniture which has been in the Anderson family for three generations. The lavender room is peaceful and relaxing.

The Gallops : A spacious twin bedded room to the front of the house with stunning views towards Middleham, famous for its horse racing connections.

Penn Hill Suite : A large room with king sized brass bed and antique furniture. A comfy sofa allows you to enjoy panoramic views of Penn Hill.

Semerwater : A fresh clean room with pine furniture and a blue and white theme. The room has views of St Matthews church and up into the Market Place.

Black Sheep : A comfortable room ideal for a family with a double and two single beds, (a z-bed and a cot is also available) with its patchwork quilts and new pine furniture it is cosy and welcoming. A baby alarm is available if parents want to relax in the residents lounge while the children sleep.

Forbidden Corner : A spacious room with a double and a single bed. This room is on the top floor in the corner of the house, with spectacular views over Wensleydale. With antique pine furniture it is cosy and yet spacious.

The Shawl : A room full of character with a king size brass bed, luxury bedding and antique furniture. A definite must for the couple looking for romance. For a special occasion we can put chocolates and bubbly in your room if it is ordered in advance.

Church View : A double room with views over St Matthews Church and Leyburn Market Place. The room has recently been refurbished and has a mixture of old and new which gives a warm and welcoming feel.

Rates : £70 per room per night based on 2 people sharing.
