Acres Dene Guest House is a small, comfortable six bedroomed guesthouse offering bed & breakfast close to York's historic centre.

All of the bedrooms are comfortably furnished in pine with coordinated decoration.

Each of our bedrooms has en-suite (shower & toilet), Tea and Coffee making facilities and a colour television.

For your extra comfort we have a relaxing lounge to browse brochures and plan what to do or to rest after spending a day sightseeing or shopping. This rooom also has a television.

The Dining room : This is a light and spacious room with a traditional feel which sets the mood for the day. Breakfast is served between 8 and 9 am Monday to Friday and 8 to 9.30am Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday Mondays. Breakfast can be served at other times by prior arrangement.

York is a wonderful City. It is historic but also has a thriving shopping centre.
