Ash House Farm is a 220 acre holding and is very much a real working family farm set in the heart of the rolling Cheshire Countryside. We offer excellent Bed & Breakfast in a picturesque location.

The Rooms :

The Cliff Room : This is a well proportioned Twin Bedded Room which is Semi en-suite with Shower & Washbasin. Tea Tray, Colour T V, Radio Alarm and Hairdryer. There are excellent views of the large garden.

The Pikenall Room : This is very spacious room comprising of one double and two single beds, this is ideal for a Family or Couple or even a Single Person. This also has Tea Tray, Colour T V, Radio Alarm and Hairdryer. There is a door opening into a lovely en-suite shower room, with shower, washbasin and W. C. The large bay window is overlooking onto the Garden and The Apple Orchard where our Geese freely roam.

The Dining Room & Guests Lounge : Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Cheshire Countryside whilst having a hearty Farmhouse Breakfast
Relax and unwind in the Guest’s Lounge in front of the cosy welcoming log fire.

We are currently in the process of a conversion and will soon be able to offer a further 4 bedrooms all ensuite, 2 of which will be on the ground floor.

The Historic City of Chester, Liverpool, Manchester and Chester Zoo all being approximately 30 minutes drive away. National Trust Properties, close by include Tatton Park, Dunham Massey, and Quarry Bank Mill. Also Blue Planet Aquarium, Boat Museum and Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village at Ellesmere Port and Port Sunlight Village.

Other attractions close by are Anderton Boat Lift, Black Prince Narrow Boats, the Salt Museum, Arley Hall and Gardens, Norton Priory Museum and Gardens, Runcorn. Just a few miles North is the village of Daresbury, Warrington where Lewis Carroll was born. Blakemere Craft Centre (Aquatic and Falconry Centre. Approximately 20 minutes South is Oulton Park Racing.
