Grosvenor Place is an attractive three-storey Georgian town-house within the City Walls of Chester. It is run by owners Russell and Anne Lyons.

We like to think of ourselves as a "traditional" B&B, offering a personal service. Useful advice and local knowledge in a homely, relaxed atmosphere.

Comfortably furnished rooms all with en-suite shower rooms, colour television and tea/coffee making facilities.

All our rooms have central heating.

We are able to accommodate guests in single, double, twin and family rooms.

Our delicious breakfasts include locally produced sausage and bacon, Cheshire tomatoes, our own free-range eggs and homemade jam when available. A vegetarian breakfast is available as an option.

Rates : From £28 per person per night. From £55 per room per night based on 2 people sharing. Multiple occupancy £25 per person (3 adults sharing £75). Children 12 half price.
