Built in 1812, Linnett Hill Hotel, Keswick has a picturesque Dutch façade and is charmingly situated adjacent to Fitz park and River Greta, with views over Skiddaw and Latrigg. Personally run by Caroline Glennon, Linnett Hill, at the heart of Keswick, is only a few minutes walk from the town centre, Derwentwater and the surrounding mountains.

Linnett Hill is an ideal base whether you are touring, cycling, climbing or rambling through the Lake District or just taking a short break; you will always receive a warm welcome. Linnett Hill offers you pleasantly comfortable accommodation with a hearty breakfast, and great personal service, everything to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

Accommodation at Linnett Hill, Keswick is entirely en-suite with each of its ten rooms having TV, clock radios, tea, coffee and hairdryer facilities. The hotel is a non-smoking establishment and children are most welcome. We provide double, twins, family and single rooms for our guests.

The Hotel offers excellent value for money and offers a personal service. Better still, Linnett Hill is only a few mintues walk from the Town Centre and is an ideal base for exploring the scenic area.

Unlike some Hotels & Guest Houses in the area, we have extensive car parking at the rear of the premises and have a car parking space for every room. Additionally, we have have a secure lock-up facility for cyclists.
