Linda and Stevie assure you of a warm and friendly welcome at Adam Place. Built in the 19th Century, this traditional Lakeland slate house is an ideal base for exploring the natural beauty of the Lake District. Situated in a quiet location, we are within easy walking distance of the train and bus stations, the Lake and all local amenities. There is ample street parking with no restrictions or fees.
We have five bedrooms catering for double, family, twin and single parties. Each of our rooms is fully en-suite, comfortably furnished and has a hospitality tray and colour television.

We offer a wide choice menu serving fruit juices, fruit segments, fresh fruit and cereals, followed by a choice of traditional, vegetarian or continental breakfast, all home-cooked and served to your taste.
After a hard day's hillwalking or a tiring day's touring or simply a leisurely day on the Lake, watch the sun go down on our garden whilst reflecting on the beauty of the Lake District.
