This traditional Victorian Townhouse has been completely refurbished and now offers 5 luxury rooms, single, twin, double & family accommodation. 4 en-suite and 1 (The Den), with its own lockable private facilities.

The theme of our renovations were based on Brandelhow Park/Wood, besides Derwentwater, purchased by the National Trust in 1904, to provide Cumbrian charm & character to our guest’s accommodation. Hence the room names, photos and pictures throughout our home.
Our warm welcome includes a selection of home made cakes offered on arrival. Made using Cumbrian recipes handed down through many generations of our family.

All rooms contain – Kettle, well-stocked refreshment trays (coffee, tea, hot chocolate & biscuits), Fan, Mini-Fridge with complimentary bottled water. A detailed welcome pack & chocolates, colour TV, radio-alarm clock. Hair dryer, dressing gowns, bathroom linen & complimentary basket of toiletries.
