Li'le Hullets Bed & Breakfast, Staveley, Nr Kendal, Cumbria

Li'le Hullets Bed and Breakfast is a 400 year old former Westmorland farmhouse. It has recently been painstakingly restored and refurbished, offering a very high standard of accommodation throughout. The restoration has retained many of the original features typical of a 17th century Lakeland farmhouse.

We have 3 rooms to choose from, 2 of which are fully ensuite. Click on the images on the left to enlarge.

Room R2 : Double bed room. Ensuite - shower, washbasin, WC, shaver point, towel radiator. Other facilities as noted above.

Room R3 : Twin bed room. Ensuite - shower, washbasin, WC, shaver point, towel radiator. Other facilities as noted above.

Attic room : An additional double bed room, created amid the beams in the attic. It is reached by an unusual wooden staircase. Twin bed room. This room is not ensuite, but has exclusive use of the large bathroom on the 1st floor. Other facilities as noted above.

The Lounge / Breakfast Room : The main parlour of the house serves as a lounge and breakfast room for guests, and has TV and a range of games and guide books. Guests are welcomed with hot beverages on arrival.

Patio and Gardens : At the rear of Li'le Hullets are the patio and gardens. Guests can relax on the patio and take in the picturesque views.

Li'le Hullets is fully central heated throughout.

Rates : From £22 to £27 per person per night.
