Kath and Chris welcome you to our very comfortable, smoke free and pet friendly B&B guest house. Situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Cark in Cartmel in the Lake District's South Lakes Peninsula.

The house offers first class accommodation in an unspoilt rural location close to some of the areas most popular attractions. We have information on many places of interest in our entrance hall.

We have five rooms, four being en-suite and one with a private bathroom. The guest rooms have all be renovated and furnished with quality bedding and furniture.The bath and shower rooms have been refitted to a high standard.

Each room has a TV DVD combo television, a hospitality tray and a hair dryer. There is an iron and ironing board available.

Room 1 A ground floor double room : The ground floor bedroom is also a spacious double en-suite room with a bath and shower combined.

Room 2 A family room : The en-suite family room, with a double bed and twin or bunk beds, is very spacious and can accommodate a family of four or four adults and still have pleanty of room for a cot.

Room 3 A twin room : Bedroom 3 is a twin room with its own bathroom across the landing. We provide a dressing gown for your convenience.

Room 4 A double room : Bedroom 4 is a comfortable double room with an en-suite shower room.

The Coach House Room a self contained family unit : Private access from the patio garden takes you upstairs. On the landing there is a bathroom to one side and a semi open plan lounge and bedroom to the other. This room offers luxury as a double room or a spacious family room. The Coach House can now accommodate a family of 2 adults and 3 children comfortably.
