Old Dads Barn, Mellor, Ribble Valley, Lancashire

Old Dads Barn has recently been converted to include bed and breakfast accommodation at Mellor in the Ribble Valley, Lancashire. Other amenities are Stables, a Gift Shop and small plant Nursery. We also have car parking facilities.

The Property is set in 21 acres of grazing land, approximately 780 ft above sea level and located next door to the original Farm House. It offers superb panoramic views of the surrounding Countryside from the hills of North Wales to Fleetwood. See the 'Big One' on the pleasure Beach at Blackpool along with the famous Blackpool Tower (South West and West) and the River Ribble flowing into the sea at Preston.

To the North the Ribble Valley and Pendle Hill are visible. To the east lie Pendle Moors and Accrington. To the south are the masts of Winter Hill. Within easy reach (about 6 miles) of the M6 and the rest of the North West motorway network, Old Dads Barn offers an excellent base for access to Liverpool, Southport, Lytham and St. Annes.

Our bed and breakfast currently has four well furnished en-suite rooms.

We give a discount on stays of three nights or over. Accommodation is available throughout the year.

Old Dads Bed and Breakfast has a traditional Bed and Breakfast Menu consisting of only the best quality ingredients and will get your day off to a good start. It will leave you with the taste of the countryside to remember us by.

The full English farmhouse breakfast is served every day.
