It is ideally situated for visiting Morecambe Bay and Leighton Moss Nature reserve, The Lake District, The Yorkshire Dales and The City of Lancaster. Also an ideal stopover North/South on the M6 ( 3miles to junction 35) ...there is so much today from our location ... this area for years has been missed by travellers heading straight for the Lake District and in fact in 25 minutes you can be at Lake Windermere!

Hosts, Roy and Melanie Smith guarantee a very warm welcome to their lovely home, which is tastefully decorated throughout and has many little extras that you may not normally expect in a B&B.

Our full English Breakfast is freshly cooked to order and is all local produce.
