We are a family run guest house offering top class accommodation close to the centre of Liverpool.

We are an ideal base if you are a business traveller because we are well located for the M6 motorway, Liverpool city centre etc.

For holiday makers we are ideally situated for the beach, its around a 7 minute walk to the sea front from our front door! Liverpool has fantastic shopping and nightlife if this is what you are looking for; or there are many near by activities such as swimming, sailing, boating, if you are looking for more of a relaxed break.

All of our bedrooms are en-suite; and bedrooms are decorated very comfortably for our guests to enjoy.
