Halton House is a delightfully decorated and comfortable Arts and Crafts House situated in a quiet central location just off the main Glasgow Road in Perth. Accommodation consists of three bedrooms, one double with an en-suite bathroom which can also be a twin room; one double room with two double beds and private bathroom which can also be a family or twin, and a further double or twin with private bathroom. Bathrobes, slippers and hairdryers are provided in all rooms and ironing facilities provided on request. Our rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard with TV/DVD and wireless internet access. Tea and coffee making facilities are also available. A delightful guest lounge with open fire is available for you to relax in after your day’s activities. It also has satellite TV and a selection of DVDs, board games and books. Evening meals are not provided although we can recommend some excellent restaurants in the area. Packed lunches can be provided for a charge. We specialise in fishing, shooting and golfing parties and provide drying and storage facilities. We have access to some of the finest salmon fishing on the River Tay and can arrange special packages including ghillies and even BBQ’s at the fishing hut at the end of the day!! We also have a range of tackle and equipment for hire or sale and can provide transport to and from the beat to allow you to have a dram to celebrate your catch!! Dogs may be allowed by arrangement for a charge. If you are a keen golfer then this is a superb base from which to explore some of the famous Scottish courses. We are less than an hour from St Andrews and Carnoustie, and 20 minutes from Gleneagles as well as being close to a range of other excellent courses. For the more adventurous there are some excellent hill walking and mountain ranges, mountain biking through the Perthshire Forests (we are close to national cycling route 77) or even white water rafting all close by. We can provide secure storage for your bikes. Perthshire is home to some fantastic natural and historical sites. From the Fortingall Yew – the oldest living organism in Europe, ospreys, red squirrels, rivers and waterfalls, the remain of Scotlands ancient Oak forests, through to castles, palaces and the myth of Macbeth, you are spoiled with things to see and do! You will receive a warm welcome from your hosts Jody and David Brown. Fishing, shooting and golfing parties a speciality and activities can be arranged or tailored to suit. We are located close to the main motorway networks and only a very short drive not only to some of the best salmon fishing in the world but also to some of the best golf courses. James and Fiona welcome you to your adventure. West Camusvrachan is a small, friendly croft 9 miles up Glenlyon. Whether you are here for a night or a few days we will look after your needs and help you create an adventure that will become a lasting memory of being within glenlyon. One en- suite room. This can be either made up as a double (shown in picture) or twin room. One twin (bunk beds) room with space for pull-out third bed or cot. There are no TVs or kettles in the bedrooms but there is a comfy lounge with a TV/ open fire and the kettle is always on the Rayburn! Dinner can be arranged if organised in advance. Fiona will create a hearty meal from local or home grown and or organic produce. She is happy to create meals for all dietary requirements. You can use of the dining area for any cold food you bring with you. No smoking in the house. We have dry storage for canoes and bicycles. Proprietors, Peter and Ann Hunt, welcome you to their 250 acre farm, ideally situated in the beautiful Perthshire countryside, within one hour's drive of Edinburgh or Glasgow. From the large conservatory you can see most of the farm, with Ben Vorlich as backdrop. Peaceful surroundings with superb views. Easterton Farm has two comfortable rooms rooms available. One twin room with en-suite shower. One large family room with double bed and two single beds. En-suite facilities with corner bath and shower. The room is divided by a breakfast bar type partition giving some privacy to each half. Both rooms have T.V., hostess tray and a hairdrier available on application. Family room corner bath.
