Situated on the edge of Oulton Broad, known as the Southern gateway to the Norfolk Broads, we offer a comfortable and relaxing break. Ideally situated to explore the Norfolk Broads and the Suffolk Heritage Coast.

We have two spacious en-suite rooms, one double with king size bed and one twin.

Both rooms are ground floor have tub chairs, colour TV, hairdryer, towels, radio alarm, CD/Radio, tea & coffee making facilities with complimentary biscuits and toiletries.

Breakfast can be served outside in Summer. We have a varied breakfast menu, including vegetarian, we use our local butcher, fishmonger and farm shop wherever possible to ensure good quality, fresh, local produce. Ample parking, Courtesy transport from Oulton Broad North & South railway stations. We can also arrange a special package to include sparkling wine, chocolates and flowers to make your stay extra special.
