Our Bedrooms are modern and light and all rooms include a Television and Shower Room. Some of our rooms offer stunning views over St Andrews Bay.

We have a variety of different types of Bedroom to suit your different needs: Single, Double, Twin and Triple are all catered for. All rooms have Tea and Coffee making facilities.

Apart from the Guest Bedrooms, we have other places around the Guesthouse that Guests will get to know. Breakfast is served in the bright and spacious Dining Room and the Sun Terrace is available for relaxing and winding down after a long day.

There are also facilities for your Pets if they are on Holiday with you. We are a Pet Friendly Guesthouse, although advanced notice is needed if you are bringing a pet and capacity is limited.

Rates : From £25 per person per night. From £50 per room per night based on 2 people sharing. Family room 3 sharing £70 per night.
