Dining Room : (ground floor). We offer a traditional Scottish breakfast cooked to your requirements. Included is a selection of fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereals. Continental breakfast is also available if preferred.

Double Room : (ground floor). Our lovely bright double room has en-suite shower & wc, including an electric shaver socket. Relax with full tea and coffee making facilities and colour LCD digital television. For your added convenience there is a trouser press, ironing facilities and hairdryer.

Family Room : (first floor). Our family room contains one double and one single bed. There is a spacious en-suite shower room with electric shaver socket. Relax with full tea & coffee making facilities and colour LCD digital television. For your added convenience there is a trouser press, ironing facilities and hairdryer.

Twin Room with Private Bathroom : (ground floor). The twin room is spacious with a large private bathroom (with jacuzzi) and shower next door, including electric shaver socket and hairdryer. Relax with full tea & coffee making facilities and colour LCD digital television. For your added convenience there is a trouser press and ironing facilities.

Residents Lounge : (first floor). Relax in our extremely spacious residents' lounge. For your entertainment there is a colour television with freeview and a wide selection of books. There is also an electric organ for those more musically inclined. A complimentary tray with tea & coffee making facilities is included.
