All our rooms have magnificent sea views over Asknish Bay towards Jura, Shuna and Scarba which will take your breath away.

Loch Melfort Hotel offers a choice of 25 bedrooms all with stunning sea views, ranging from luxury suites, superior rooms and standard rooms, each with its own individual style and charm. Many of our bedrooms are dog friendly and accessible for those who require no stairs. We also welcome children and are baby-friendly.

The Main House is principally Victorian, built by J. Arthur Campbell in 1896 – and some of the beautiful original features remain, including oak panelling and 19th century family portraits. Wonderful arrangements of fresh scented flowers adorn treasured occasional tables and bookcases. A plentiful supply of the latest lifestyle magazines are available in the lounges, or just sit and look at the view with afternoon tea, pre-dinner drink or night cap.

We will be fully licensed for civil ceremonies from April 2009 with a choice of 4 elegant rooms to choose from, as well as a stunning shore side location and our new ‘crows nest’ elegant raised deck area designed to make feel that your marriage vows are made inside the view.
