The Old Rectory is situated just over the Scotland / England border in the town of Annan close to Gretna Green, famous for weddings, Lockerbie, Dumfries and Carlisle. We are perfectly situated for you to explore the Border region, South West Scotland, Hadrian's Wall, the North Lake District, Cumbria and the famous towns of Carlisle, Dumfries and of course Gretna Green.

The Old Rectory bed and breakfast accommodation is ideal for those touring, sightseeing, walking and cycling. Golf can be played at nearby Powfoot or go fishing on the river Annan, famous for its trout and salmon. Annan is at the gateway to the Solway Coast Heritage Trail and is also part of the Robert Burns Heritage trail, so a perfect place to start a tour of the beautiful Dumfries and Galloway region.

With five spacious en suite bedrooms, The Old Rectory can offer Super king, king, double, twin and family rooms. All rooms have fair trade tea and coffee facilities.
