The Alexander Guest House is a classic Victorian Town House which offers superb accommodation, comfort and hospitality in the center of Edinburgh.

The house is set in a residential area set amongst many fine Victorian villas and townhouses with the impressive Edinburgh landmark of Arthur’s Seat providing a beautiful backdrop.

We are situated 1 mile south of Edinburgh’s Old Town and the Royal Mile and 1 ¼ miles from Waverly Railway Station on Princes Street.

There is a range of rooms suitable for everyone’s needs, from a single room to a deluxe family en-suite room.

All of our rooms are furnished and decorated to the highest standard ensuring a comfortable stay.

The Dining room is tastefully decorated in a traditional room, with splendid cornicing and elegant furnishings.
